  • When will I get my order? 

We have 3 types of shipping time frames based on these categories;
"Article 1", "Article 2", "Article 3".

When you place an order, processing for all items is usually between 1 - 4 days 

After order processing you will receive an email that your item shipped.

  • How long does shipping take? 

Article 1:

United States

Please allow around 3-6 to receive your item after it is produced. If it has been more than 10 days after your item is produced and you still have not received it, please contact us. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. 

International

Please allow 10-21 days to receive your item. Please make sure your delivery address is formatted correctly. Buyer is responsible for import costs or any other fees that may apply when shipping internationally. 

Article 2:

US & International

Please allow 10 - 21 days to receive 

Article 3:

Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive 

All Shipping Times are located on the product pages. If you are curious what your shipping time is, please check the product page of the item you bought. 

  • Can I return my item after I receive it? 

If you receive your item and it is damaged or has a visible defects in the print, please contact us at info@cyberdezignz.com within 3 days of receiving it. If we confirm that the quality is not up to standards, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. We will request photos of the item to confirm the damage or quality issues. Please double check sizing charts for all products before making your purchase. We generally do not accept returns for sizing for fitment issues so please check the charts carefully. 

  • Can I cancel my order once placed? 

Generally this is not possible but if you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if it is possible. Since most of our products are made when they are ordered, after an item is produced, we will not be able to cancel it and it will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. 

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. If your item is produced and shipped, it will deliver to the address provided on the order. If your item has not shipped, we might be able to update the delivery address before shipment. 

  • Where is my refund? 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

  •  How should I wash my items?

Please follow wash instructions on the item's label. Failure to do so may damage the item, cause excessive shrinkage, or fade the printed design. With washing and normal usage, some nominal fade is expected over time with graphic apparel. This is normal and not indicative of poor quality. Please do not iron directly on the print design or embroidery. If machine washing, use gentle cycle and we recommend hand drying.
